By using United Pitch Pass you agree to the terms below. This document protects both parties and sets clear expectations about what UPPass is, and what it is not.

United Pitch Pass ("UPPass", "we", "us", "the platform") is an independent digital content and intelligence platform operated by Brounie Digital Agency, a privately held company registered in Mexico. UPPass is accessible via uppass.net and related subdomains and pages.
UPPass provides curated travel intelligence, hospitality recommendations, logistical guides, flight search tools, ticket-sourcing references, sports betting navigation, and related services designed to assist international visitors attending the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Mexico, the United States and Canada.
Access to paid content is granted upon purchase via Stripe. By completing a purchase or accessing any content on UPPass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
No FIFA Affiliation — Trademark Notice
United Pitch Pass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, or any of its subsidiaries, partners, licensees or national member associations.
The following trademarks, among others, belong exclusively to FIFA and are not used, claimed or reproduced by UPPass:
- FIFA™ and the FIFA logo
- FIFA World Cup™ and FIFA World Cup 2026™
- Official tournament logos, mascots, slogans and visual identities
- Any national team crests, player likenesses or official match imagery
- Venue names and associated registered marks where applicable
References to "FIFA World Cup 2026", "World Cup", match dates, stadiums and host cities throughout UPPass are made solely for editorial and informational purposes under nominative fair use, and do not imply any commercial relationship with or endorsement by FIFA or any other rights holder.
If you represent FIFA or an affiliated rights holder and have a concern about our content, please contact us at legal@uppass.net before initiating any formal proceedings. We are committed to resolving any legitimate intellectual property concern promptly.
Content Accuracy & Editorial Disclaimer
All content published on UPPass — including restaurant recommendations, hotel selections, transport guides, safety information, city intelligence and logistical advice — is editorial in nature and reflects the opinions and curation of the UPPass team. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information at the time of publication. However:
- Business hours, prices, addresses and service availability can change without notice
- Match schedules, kick-off times and venue assignments are subject to change by FIFA or local organizers
- Safety conditions, transport routes and city infrastructure can change during large-scale events
- Currency exchange rates fluctuate in real time and figures shown are for reference only
- Weather data is sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect actual conditions
UPPass assumes no liability for decisions made based on information published on the platform. Users are encouraged to independently verify all critical information — particularly regarding safety, medical services and emergency contacts — before and during travel.
Flights & Travel Search — Disclaimer
UPPass provides a flight search tool that directs users to Skyscanner.net, a third-party flight comparison platform. UPPass does not operate as a travel agency, does not sell airline tickets, and does not process any flight booking or payment.
Specifically, UPPass makes no warranties regarding:
- The accuracy, availability or pricing of flights shown in Skyscanner search results
- The performance, reliability or security of Skyscanner's platform
- Any booking made through Skyscanner or any third-party airline
- Flight delays, cancellations, rebooking or refunds
- Any loss or inconvenience arising from the use of the flight search tool
UPPass may receive affiliate commission from Skyscanner for qualifying referrals. This does not influence the flight results presented, which are generated by Skyscanner's own algorithms. See Section 7 for full affiliate disclosure.
Match Tickets — Sourcing Disclaimer
UPPass provides a ticket-finder feature that links users to external ticketing platforms. UPPass does not sell, hold, allocate or guarantee the availability of any FIFA World Cup match tickets.
The platforms referenced on UPPass include but are not limited to:
- FIFA Official Ticketing (tickets.fifa.com) — the only official source
- FIFA Resale Platform — official peer-to-peer resale operated by FIFA
- StubHub — independent secondary market
- SeatGeek — independent secondary market
- On Location / VIP Hospitality — official FIFA hospitality partner
All ticket transactions, including payments, refunds, disputes and delivery, are solely between the user and the ticketing platform of their choice. UPPass is not a party to any ticketing transaction and bears no responsibility for any outcome.
Ticket prices shown on UPPass, where applicable, are estimates for informational purposes and may not reflect current market availability or pricing.
Sports Betting — Disclaimer & Responsible Gambling
UPPass provides links to third-party sports betting platforms including but not limited to Codere and affiliated operators. UPPass is not a sportsbook, does not accept bets, does not process gambling transactions, and is not licensed as a gambling operator in any jurisdiction.
By clicking any betting link on UPPass, you acknowledge:
- You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most countries, 21+ in some US states)
- Sports betting is legal in your country, state or province
- UPPass bears no responsibility for any gambling losses, disputes or outcomes
- All betting terms, odds, promotions and dispute resolution are governed exclusively by the operator you choose
- Odds and promotions displayed or referenced on UPPass are for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time

UPPass may receive affiliate commission from betting operators for qualifying referrals. This does not influence editorial content. See Section 7.
Affiliate Disclosures
UPPass participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click certain links on UPPass and make a qualifying purchase or action, UPPass may receive a commission from the third-party provider at no additional cost to you.
Current affiliate relationships include but may not be limited to:
- Airalo — eSIM provider. Commission earned on eSIM purchases via UPPass referral links.
- Skyscanner — flight search. Potential commission on flight bookings generated via UPPass referral.
- Booking.com via CJ Affiliate — hotel bookings. Commission on hotel reservations made via UPPass referral links.
- Codere and affiliated betting operators — commission on qualifying new user registrations or deposits via UPPass referral links.
In compliance with the FTC guidelines (USA), Mexican consumer protection regulations (PROFECO), and applicable international standards, UPPass discloses all material affiliate relationships.
Service Availability & Technical Limitations
UPPass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or that any specific feature will function as expected at all times.
Factors that may affect service availability include:
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows
- Third-party service disruptions (Firebase, Stripe, Webnode hosting infrastructure)
- High traffic during tournament periods may cause degraded performance
- Changes to third-party APIs (weather, flight search, live scores) may affect data accuracy
- Mobile network or internet connectivity issues beyond our control
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a material service disruption affecting paid content access for an extended period, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected users via the email address associated with their account.
Purchases, Access & Refund Policy
All purchases on UPPass are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. UPPass does not store, transmit or have access to your full card details at any point.
Access activation: After completing payment, you must create an account at uppass.net/log-in-nuevo/ using the same email address used during checkout. Access is granted upon account creation and identity verification against the purchase record.
Refund policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of the content and the proximity to the 2026 FIFA World Cup:
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantial portion of the content has been accessed
- Refund requests after the opening match date (June 11, 2026) will not be honored
- Technical issues preventing access that are attributable to UPPass will be addressed with either a fix or a full refund at our discretion
- Refunds requested due to dissatisfaction with content quality will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Privacy Policy
UPPass collects and processes limited personal data in order to provide the service. This section describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect:
- Email address — used for account creation, access verification, transactional emails and support
- Purchase information — order ID, amount paid, city purchased — stored to verify access rights. Full payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Authentication data — managed by Firebase Authentication (Google). We store a user ID and email only.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) may be collected via Webnode's built-in analytics or equivalent tools. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Communication data — if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we retain that correspondence for support purposes.
How we use your data:
- To verify your purchase and grant access to paid content
- To send essential transactional communications (purchase confirmation, access instructions)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
We do not:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising targeting outside of UPPass
- Share your data with affiliate partners (Airalo, Skyscanner, Booking.com, betting operators)
- Store payment card details — all payment data is held by Stripe
Third-party processors: We use the following sub-processors: Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (authentication and database), Webnode (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.
Data retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as required to resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@uppass.net.
Your rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data. Mexican users are protected under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). EU/UK users are protected under GDPR/UK GDPR. US users may have rights under applicable state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA for California residents). To exercise any data rights, contact contact@uppass.net.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using UPPass, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense UPPass content without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or extract platform content systematically
- Use UPPass in violation of any applicable local, national or international law
- Attempt to access areas of the platform for which you have not paid
- Impersonate another user or provide false information during registration
- Use UPPass content to provide competing commercial services
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable or impair UPPass infrastructure
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
This limitation applies to but is not limited to:
- Financial loss arising from flight bookings, hotel reservations or gambling activity accessed via UPPass links
- Loss or theft of match tickets purchased through any platform referenced on UPPass
- Personal injury, safety incidents or medical emergencies during travel
- Loss of data, account access or purchased content due to technical failure
- Decisions made based on inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information on UPPass
- Actions of third-party providers (Skyscanner, Booking.com, Airalo, betting operators, etc.)
- Service interruptions during match days or peak tournament periods
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. In no event shall UPPass's total liability to any user exceed the amount paid by that user for access to the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of UPPass shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Querétaro, México.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@uppass.net. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve complaints within 30 business days.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit a dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UPPass regarding use of the platform, and supersede any prior representations or agreements.
